What is your greatest struggle with your fitness routine and how has Spero help you overcome it? Get bored with the same routine. I love that I push so much harder at Spero. I love competition.
What is the biggest change you’ve seen since starting at Spero? Finding time to get in for classes.

What keeps you coming back? It’s fun torture!
How do you like to spend your free time? Hiking with my family. Spending as much time outside as possible. Travel.
What are one or two improvements you have seen in your life since starting CF? More energy. Feel stronger.
What are your goals for 2019/2020? Continue to build my strength and stamina and weight loss.
What would you say to someone thinking about starting CF? Try it. You will be hooked.

Least Favorite: burpees and running
What’s your favorite meal? A great steak and glass of red wine
