CrossFit Spero’s philosophy is that true fitness must be grounded in proper movement patterns. Spero's methodology incorporates whole body exercises that help restore full range of motion and function to our joints and muscles. Often we do not realize how modern living has compromised our ability to move well or properly. This principle combined with high intensity workouts that are designed for calorie burn, lean muscle growth and incorporate the whole body are ideally suited for all individuals at any level of fitness.

Matt first contacted us to conduct an interview for the “the Buzz”, our local coffee shop’s monthly newsletter in October of 2015. In his own words, “part of me at the time was hoping you wouldn’t be able to find the time for me to get into the gym” for his free introductory workout and consultation. Well Matt, we found the time and we are so glad we did. In roughly 6 months, he has gone from being almost completely sedentary to working out 4 times a week(he commutes over 30 minutes each way to get to the gym on his days off of work), leads our Healthy Lifestyle Challenge, has shown marked improvement in range of motion, strength and work capacity and is an all around great guy to have in the gym.
